Christ the King Procession, St Marys, 2000

I took these photos during my junior year at St. Marys College. It was a beautiful day for a procession, I'm sure you'll agree...

Mr. John Dredger, in his mustachioed days, and Fr. Lester when he was Mr. Lester...

a young Mark Campbell, directing traffic as MC

in Our Lady's Circle...

Fr. Jaime Pazat assisting Fr. Angles...

La Reja, Set 4

Sunday Recreation - football (soccer) - though baseball is now making some inroads thanks to some seminarians from the Dominican Republic...I couldn't keep up with these very competitive young men...

a quiet moment of defense...

La Reja, Set 3

a shot of the seminary buildings...

in the bottom left you can see the bee boxes...
I didn't think any place was quieter than Winona, after spending 5 days visiting there in 1997. La Reja's even quieter. Deep serenity.

La Reja, Set 2

the front gate to the seminary...
some seminarians on an afternoon walk...

one of the hallways of the dorms for the seminarians, where they were kind enough to let me sleep.

La Reja, Set 1

the front of the beautiful seminary chapel...

the old cloister (classrooms, refectory)...the trees are not in bloom because it was winter when I visited. It was strange to wear a heavy jacket in August. :-)
